Mushrooms from cultivation to trading
BioFungi was originally founded by Swiss winemaker and vegetable farmer Walter Häfliger. To this day, he remains in close contact with BioFungi and provides consultancy based on his wealth of knowledge and experience with mushroom cultivation and trading. Grounded in this background expertise, our entire team works very successfully with companies from the food sector because at BioFungi, we’re always open to new projects and developments expanding our product portfolio.
Buying BioFungi products
Our BioFungi dried mushrooms can be obtained in commercial sizes via some branches of selected retailers. We also supply our products to renowned wholesalers and trading companies from the organic food area. What’s more, we’re always more than happy to receive requests from traders or retail chains and to create mushroom mixes and mushroom products based on completely new ideas!
