The Horn of plenty mushrooms – craterellus cornucopioides - are closely related to the more famous chanterelle. This tasty mushroom is very rarely available on the market. The black chantherelle always grows sociably, typically in tufts and spread over one to several square metres. Neither chanterelles or black chantherelle mushrooms can be cultivated, which is why we obtain the Horn of plenty mushrooms from Balkan mushroom gatherers. Therefore we offer the mushroom in organic and conventional quality, as whole mushrooms, granules or powder.
