The oyster mushroom is a cultivated mushroom and usually grows on tree trunks or straw. We receive our oyster mushroom already dried from the respective country of origin. In Germany, the mushroom get selected in slices after the quality inspection, or processed into granules and powder. During processing into granules and powder, the raw material is completely cleaned and sterilised, depending on its quality condition.
